The whole process of digital management of visitor reservation, registration, approval and passage is realised through mobile internet technology and WeChat public number. The system integrates the function of human-card comparison, which reads the information of the visitor's identity document and carries out on-site comparison with the visitor at the same time, in order to ensure that the consistency and legitimacy of the human-card unity is maintained, and it is more efficient and more accurate compared with the traditional manual verification method. Visitors can be booked online or on-site, and the visitor QR code will be generated after the approval and consent of the person to be visited, and the person to be visited will be notified after the visitor enters the campus through verification, so as to achieve the maximum efficiency of the work.
